EP Rubber Elevator Belt
For elevating purpose with belt and bucket, the belt are required to be with less extensibility and high strength.
Adopting polyester canvass as carcass and through good sulphuration , our belt has the advanced features as less elongation, high strength, light weight, wear-resistance, long working life, innocuity and odor-free, compared with general rubber conveyor belt. The cover rubber is static conductive, the surface resistance meets standard OSHA;Fire retardance meets MSHA regulations.
It's widely used in the grain machinery manufactory and grain material handling industries.
They are liable to break due to the bolt setting holes, distributed along the entire belt length for fitting the buckets. In addition, these belts, different from ordinary belts, are subject to various forces including lever action due to projection of the buckets and the extracting force exercise by pulleys at the time of belt bending. So for elevator service, you need to calculate the strength of the belt needed to support the weight of the bucket and the material being conveyed.

Reformed Rubber Elevator Belt
The carcass is a kind of rubber dipped synthetic fabric bearing low stretched polyester warp and nylon weft. Adding a wear resistant fabric on the side which the belt contact with the elevator pulley which works as the interface between the elevator belt and the pulley.
Features:
1. Low extensibility, high t tensile strength, oil resistant, suitable for moderate oily material.
2. The reformed structure that adding a wear resistant fabric on the side which the belt contact with the elevator pulley can improve the transmission efficiency of the elevators, enhance the fastener retention and prevent the bolt from pulling through the belt., to ensure the tight join of bucket and belt.
3. No cover rubber splitting caused by frequent contact with the pulley.
4. More cost effective than the traditional rubber elevator belt.
